Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran delivered his message during the annual fiesta of Prk. Kaingin, Brgy. Mandalagan last Saturday
(August 18). This celebration was made possible through the effort of Prk. Chairman Rosebel Narciso with the support of Brgy. Kagwad Mike Medel, Kagwad Nani Castor, and Kagawad Daryl Pastor. Vice El Cid Familiaran graced the event with his prescence, and likewise, he delivered his message during the Fiesta sang Dungganon Foundation Day 2018 held at Onyok Velasco Gym.
After the feeding program at Brgy. Mansilangan, another feeding program happened just this afternoon at Prk.Lison, Brgy. 1, as they celebrate their annual fiesta.

The office of Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran conducted a feeding through the Soup Kitchen Program to the students and teachers of Romanito Maravilla National High School.This is in line with their 6th Fun Run for a Cause led by Ms. Liezel Martinez, PTCA President.
